I was very surprised that Shelby came to our house on her day off and provided me and my wife, Linda, with excellent personal service. She definitely knew the product line that Borthwick Mortuary had to offer and provided us with all the options that we needed to select the right funeral plan for us. She is a true professional.

Staff especially Jennifer were ammazing in this time of funeral planning. All details were carefully explained. Areas for customers were very clean and comfortable. They have been in business for a long time and due to their caring attitude they will be there as long as people need them in the future. If you are in need for funeral services I would definitely recommend them.

Every person I dealt with in person, over the phone, and through email was kind, courtesy, and empathetic. They allowed me to bring my own urn and jewelry keepsakes as well, to fill with my mother's ashes, all without incurring any extra fees. Having a Zoom conference was also helpful, since I live on Kauai.

Excellent service! We had decided to have our mom cremated and they explained everything. We were very satisfied with the care shown to us.
