From the phone call to set up the services to the very end the staff at Ballards was exceptional. They were very accommodating and attentive to all our needs. Down to the finest details. The packages they offed were clear cut and affordable. Didn’t realize that funerals costed so much until I had to plan one. thank you Ballards for taking care of my loved one and our family. I must give a HUGE MAHALO to our coordinator Vee.. She was amazing and she was on top of things and she was my rock during the process. Thank you Vee.

Ballard Mortuary was the best to go to for my mom’s funeral arrangements. My mother already had a funeral plan with them and it was very easy on our part. Ballard was a huge help during our time of need. Our coordinator Hailama was absolutely incredible in helping us with mom’s arrangements 💯he made it so easy for us from helping us with extra lil needs we wanted. We didn’t have to do anything we just asked him and he did it all. This was my second time My son Nu’u Ueda was cremated there to. That’s why I brought my sister there too I thank you all at ballards for helping me with them both. I appreciate your help always and have suggested to others that didn’t know what to do! Thank you so much!
