Losing my girl was one of the hardest. She wasn’t just a pet, she was family. Aloha Oe Pet Cremation treated her with the same love and dignity she gave me every day. From the first call to the return of her ashes, they were gentle, patient, and compassionate. They brought grace to grief, and I’ll never forget that.

My experience with Aloha 'Oe Pet Crematory was so positive - from the initial phone call, answering my questions, picking up my pet, and making multiple efforts to return the ashes in a timely manner. I referred the crematory to a person whose pet had passed and she gave them a negative review. Unfortunately - she was less than honest. You never hear about what the pet owner might have done or said to the crematory staff. I know that this person left Hawaii, dumped the dog on her parents where the dog died, and they left the dog laying dead in his crate outdoors (which is where they kept him every day with no love from the family) for over 24 hours because no one ever checked on him. Because they left him there so long, he was covered in flies, bloated from decomposition, and had a horrible odor. I understand that Aloha 'Oe refused to cremate the pet because the owners neglected it and left it for so long. Its because of their intense compassion for the pet (not the owner) that I highly recommend them. I trust them to care for my babies. Mahalo Aloha 'Oe for all that you do for our pets.

I sadly lost my dog when I left him with uncle Ernie to watch when I was on the mainland. Kiki drowned in his pool. I didn't know it at the time but two of his other dogs had also drowned in his pool. I contacted Aloha Oe crematory to pick up my dog and cremate her because I saw an urn at my uncles house. It was a really nice urn so I decided to use them. My uncle told me not to use them because they refused to adopt a dog to him after his dog drowned in the pool. He was told that he could not be approved to adopt because of the risk on the property for another dog to drown. Even though his 2 dogs died as well as my dog, he still has not secured the pool area. Its just so so sad. After I got Kiki's ashes back, I thought I should do a review. Then I saw that my uncle did a negative review. He was really just mad because they wouldn't adopt to him. And I lost my Kiki girl because he still doesn't think his property is dangerous. Take care of your pets.

Truly lacks compassion and empathy. I work at a vet clinic and had a client call crying saying she came home to her dog deceased and was too distraught to even pick them up to put them in the car and drop them off to us for cremation. I tried to call Aloha ‘Oe on behalf of my distraught client to see if they do at home pick ups and to help her get her fur baby taken cared of. The rude lady who picked up the phone was like “we don’t work with your clinic, we work with her. She needs to go online and fill out the forms herself.” I told the lady I would do all the leg work for my client to help her out during this sensitive time and she refused to help out on her end. I asked if she could at least give me some kind of eta on if after filling out the forms, she would expect pick up today or would she have to wait a day or so. She instantly replied, “like I said, we don’t work with you.” And hung up on me. It’s sad that this company is built on helping families out during a sensitive time and wouldn’t even bother giving us the time of day to work together in helping someone with their fur baby.

Incredibly quick to respond. Picked up the day of, within hours of my chinchillas passing. The online request to pick up your pet was simple and easy to do. The prices are affordable, especially for the service they offer. The pick up and drop off was very smooth, respectful, and on time as promised. I have absolutely no complaints about Aloha Oe, and will call them again in the future for my other pets. They did an amazing job and truly provide such an amazing service... It's already so hard to lose a pet, but the cremation process of Aloha Oe lifted a huge weight and made things much easier. Thank you for taking care of Diva, Aloha Oe❤️
