Great service for taking care of our mortuary needs. Heitiare was an excellent Funeral Director and answered all our questions and took care of all our needs. Aloha Mortuary has great value in their services. And they were very courteous and thought full to our family during the viewing. The word Aloha fits perfectly with their name, "Aloha Mortuary." Aloha Mortuary was nothing short of amazing. I was so stressed about the process, but Nani whom I was in constant communication with made everything so smooth and seamless. I mean they handled everything. From picking up our loved one to setting up viewing arrangements and resolving our issues with the death certificate. I couldn't have asked for a better funeral service provider. I highly recommend Alhoa Mortuary to anyone!

There are not enough words to express the gratitude my family has for the Aloha Mortuary Team. It was an extremely difficult time, not only because of the sudden death of our Father but because we had to start the planning process from Massachusetts, where we live. The care, compassion, and guidance that Heitiari and Nani provided from the first phone call, through the entire planning process was comforting, reassuring and exceeded all expectations. Our Father was cared for with the dignity and respect, as though he were a member of the Aloha family. Heitiari and Nani offered a listening ear, comforting words, were flexible with the 6 hour time difference, coordinated a virtual viewing for family members who could not travel from the mainland, secured the flag (as my Father proudly served in the Army), and maintained consistent and thoughtful communication throughout our difficult and emotional planning. I'm writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at Aloha Mortuary for the incredible care they showed my family during the arrangements for my wife's funeral. Navigating this process felt overwhelming, but from the moment we walked through their doors, we were met with sincerity and grace. They didn't treat us like clients; they treated us like family. They took the time to understand who my wife was and helped us create a service that truly honored her spirit. Our family was so grateful for the care, services and support that Nani and her team @Aloha Mortuary provided for us. Losing a loved one is never easy but when it happens in a foreign country the extra requirements can be overwhelming but that was not the case for us. Aloha Mortuary were AMAZING, helping us with the necessary paperwork and procedures and importantly, getting us all home to Australia as quickly as possible. Tina, Cynthia, Eberhard and (the late) Brigitte will be forever grateful.
