We lost our dog Zeus to cancer on October 8th, 2025, it was the most devastating thing we’ve ever had to endure… Savannah Pet Cemetery exceeded my expectations. The staff is beyond words, especially Jen. She was so sweet and kept me in the loop with everything while I was emotional and grieving. Thank you all so much for caring for my beautiful boy, we’re so glad he’s home again.

I would like the staff and especially Jennifer, for their loving care of Pep'e Dunant. He left earth on his way on October 13, 2025 peacefully and this business handled my buddy with the utmost care and experience. Jennifer, thank you for being so caring and kind! My experience with **Savannah Pet Cemetery** was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and often dismissive. Calls and emails went unanswered for long periods, and when responses finally came, they lacked clarity and accountability. This poor communication made an already emotional process much harder than it needed to be. The facility itself appeared poorly maintained, and the staff seemed unmotivated—likely a reflection of how management operates. It became clear that the company’s leadership does not foster a supportive or respectful work environment. Management often spoke to employees in a condescending manner, underestimated their abilities, and failed to give them the benefit of the doubt. This lack of respect and trust was evident in how the team interacted with customers and each other. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized, stressful, and uncaring. For a business that should be built on compassion and professionalism, Savannah Pet Cemetery falls far short of expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful, empathetic, or well-managed service for their pet’s final arrangements. There are other providers in the area who demonstrate far greater integrity, organization, and care for both their clients and their employees

We use them at work for our clients who wish to pursue cremation. However, I have had to use them recently for my personal pet I lost. They are truly the most incredible people. Always kind, on both sides of the business, and incredibly professional. They truly care. They ask you about your beloved pet and are very sensitive and kind with such a delicate situation. I will and always do recommend them to friends, family, and clients. My pet was returned to me quickly in a beautiful box. I requested fur and a paw print and they happily provided those options for me. Thank you for all you do for the community and for my own fur children!
