Heavenly Paws Pet Aquamation

When my bunny Cooper passed away suddenly, I was absolutely devastated. The team at Heavenly Paws was so kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. They kept in touch with me and made sure every detail was handled with care. It was important to me that the urn would be able to hold both Cooper’s remains and her partner Devan’s when the time comes, and they made sure that was possible. I originally ordered a larger, more expensive urn to make sure it would hold both of their remains but they honestly told me the smaller urn would provide more than enough room. I could truly feel how much they care about the work they do and the families they help. I also appreciated the paw print and fur clipping they provided. I’m so grateful for their compassion and gentleness during such a difficult time.

I brought my soulmate here for Aquamation, and I was so impressed with the care, concern and tenderness of the staff. A major, heartfelt appreciation for Roman, who was kind, sensitive, and respectful during this difficult time. My buddy was returned to me in a beautiful presentation, and I ordered some other mementoes to share with some of his admirers. This is a wonderful option for your pets end of life. Our office dog here at Nature's Farmacy was 15 and when it was her time, we had her euthanized here on her bed and in her safe place. Heavenly Paws picked her up right after and took her for cremation. They offer all three of these services if needed. This is so much easier on the animal, and on us, during a heart breaking time. It’s been 6 months since our dog passed away and we hired heavenly paws services. We haven’t felt in the mood to leave a review before, but it is fair to do so. Heavenly paws was an excellent service. They were compassionate and responded to extra requests we had, to make us feel that what we were given back at the end, was really our dog. The paw print given was high quality; my husband used it as a model for a tattoo. Fur clips were also very nice; we received hair clips from the vet too, and heavenly paws’ ones were much better; they made sure to arrange the fur clips in a way to display all our dog’s fur colors; it was beautiful

Highly Recommend!! Online said 2-3 weeks, but our girl was ready within a week. When we came in to pick her up, we were taken to a private viewing room. We were shown all of the items in the bag. The paw print was perfect & I was so happy the fur clipping included all 3 of her colors. The lady was lovely and put some ashes in a separate bag when I mentioned sending some in for a glass-blown memorial. Overall great experience and very sympathetic. They understand pets are family.
