Good people. I had to send flowers to the funeral home through a 3rd party company during a holiday. I was unsure they were actually delivered due to my long distance and AI customer service of the 3rd party comoany. Beth assured me they were delivered and even sent proof to provide additional reassurance. Very grateful for this service.
Did their Job well, helped me through a tough time. Professional and very polite. Happy to recommend their hard work to anybody going through a difficult situation.
Pets at Peace (Fox and Weeks) was a pleasure to work with. Dave, thank you for keeping in contact and letting me come see my girl one last time. Thank you for taking care of my sweet soul cat, Willow. I’m glad to have her back. ❤️
My cat, Grimalkin, passed away a week ago. When it happened, like when any loved one dies, I was not prepared. I did not want to simply bury my cat, I wanted to memorialize her. She was very special to me. I looked online and found Foxs and Weeks. I found they perform cremations for pets. When I called them, they acted very professional on the phone and that online made things a little better. I went in later that day with Grimalkin. It was one of the hardest things I had to do, take Grimalkin one last ride with me. Even though it was her remains, I was still with her. The person that took Grimalkin with me was was very respectful of my feelings and took me into their office. For a very reasonable price, they agreed to cremate my cat. A few days later, they brought Grimalkin back home to me. The box that held her remains was very beautiful. When I opened it, I found a tuff of her hair, a velvet bag that had her ashes in it. The bag said "Until We meet again at the rainbow Bridge." It was very touching. I have to thank Fox and Weeks for being there when I was at my saddest to bring some peace to my life
Our furchild, Sammy, passed in January 2021. They called for payment on the 6th and said they would call me when he was ready to be picked up. However, over a week went by of waiting for that phone call until I finally just called them and they said he was ready. He was cremated on the 6th and we didn’t get him back until the 14th. I would have also appreciated being explained options for putting a name plate on top of the urn. They did an okay job. It just feels like all they cared about was the money. Still trying to process this loss. 😔
