Pet Angel Memorial Center

This was the first item I opened when I received the package containing my pet’s ashes. Looking at it instantly upset me. This looks like a raccoon paw print, not a cat. Whoever did this has ZERO regard for their job. This is the last item I have to remember my cat by. It’s not like I can ask them to redo it. This is it. Mavis weighed less than 8 lbs and had the tiniest paws, but now I’ll never remember them that way because this is what I was left with. EDIT: I do not remember the name of the person, and it may have been the owner.. but after this review, someone reached out to me to apologize. She sounded like she was truly saddened at the fact that I was so hurt by this mistake. She offered this keychain of the inked paw print I had done to make up for it. She even made one for my husband too. The mishap with the imprint should’ve never happened, but it was handled very well after. I think how businesses take care of upset customers speaks volumes.

My baby joined her two brothers in doggy heaven last week, after a tough battle with cancer. Pet Angels made such a beautiful Urn and Paw print for me and the family to cherish her memory with. Highly recommend to pet parents!

My parrot died very unexpectedly, and the ER recommended Pet Angel in part because they provided care for small animals. They were very kind and offered services equivalent to what I’ve had for pet cats in the past. Ricky had been a member of the family for 50 years, first my aunt, then my mother, and finally me as his custodian. He deserved the best and got it.

This place is AMAZING!! The BEST customer service ever. I was completely satisfied with the service I received. It was worth every dollar I spent 🙏🏽 They take pride in their jobs & it shows !! Very supportive from the beginning to the END. They even reached out to check on me after everything was finalized. That was so thoughtful!!! Despite leaving work early, I ended up arriving a couple of minutes until closing time. Although I expected to be turned away, I was surprised when the person at the front let me in. Not only was I able to pick my dog's ashes up, the person even took her time to explain how to open the box my dog was in as well as what to expect when I opened it up. She even took the time to answer some of my questions and was understanding when I had a hard time speaking because I was trying not to cry. Highly suggest this place.
