If I could give a lower review I would. We lost our beloved cat, Jezebel, on Christmas eve. We took her to be cremated here. Our paperwork was processed by Will and we were told that paw prints would be taken and put on nice parchment with a poem. We were happy that we would be getting her sweet paw prints back and requested for us to have two copies done. Come today, I was called that she was ready for pickup. My wife and I arrive, and are met by Andrea(pretty sure this is her name). We go back to the office and and she presents us with Jezebel's ashes and then shows us the Paw prints and they were awful. I am pretty sure they were done by Will as his name is on the certificates. She showed no remorse or compassion that these paw prints were awful. She just put on an apathetic front of she did not do it, so its not her problem. She showed 0% sincerity that they had messed up and just said " yeah, the guys aren't good at getting paw prints. I usually do it." If you know there is problem, then instruct your people on how to do it properly. If we were told they were bad at doing it then, tell us and my wife and I would have done it ourselves. My wife and I are devastated. The lack of compassion, remorse, or respect shown was shocking. We expected to at least have a sincere apology. Instead we felt like 0 care was given for us or Jezebel. We entrusted our loved one to them and expected they would follow through with what we paid for and was promised. As this facility is a part of a crematorium/ funeral home, I would have thought more care, concern, and professionalism would be put forth, so I can't imagine bringing any of my loved ones here or anywhere associated with here.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!!!!!! This organization doesn't appear to have genuine remorse over making irreversible mistakes. I called them to address an issue I had, and I was sent to the director. When I spoke to him initially, he was very apologetic, and said that the owner would be reaching out to me personally to resolve the issue the upcoming Monday (it was Saturday when I called). At first, I was impressed, and figured the mistake made was probably just someone having a bad day, and that they didn't condone this behavior. A week later, I still haven't received a call. At this point, I can only assume that they never intended to call, as no one has bothered updating me on the situation. Whether the root cause of the issue was incompetence, someone doing the job that wasn't supposed to do the job, or just a lack of care, I will probably never know. All I know is that when someone messes up, the MO of the employees is to pass the blame around to someone else. If you absolutely *have* to come here, just be prepared to put your grief aside, because these people require heavy micromanaging to get things done. Don't assume they're going to do it right, assume they're going to do it wrong, and check them every step of the way. I don't know if there are many things in my life that are more heartbreaking than knowing that there's no way to get back what I lost from them.
I’ve had a couple pets I’ve taken here and they’re incredibly helpful and sensitive to you in your time of loss of your fur baby. I appreciate them and their professionalism while maintaining compassion as well. They leave you with a nice poem and your pets paw on it as well which I thought was a heart touching thing to do.
We lost our Charlie boy this week ahead of the worst snowstorm we've had in decades. It was important that our boy be handled with dignity and not left to wait. Loyal Companion Pet Cremator was open despite the weather, and they handled our beloved pet's remains with respect and care. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them for that. Charlie was a member of our family, and he was treated as such.
We recently lost a precious little girl who was a such an important part of our world . We decided to have her cremated and I cannot say enough great things about this company! It was so emotional taking her there and saying good bye that I forgot to ask for her paw print. To my surprise when her remains were picked up, there was a special letter about the rainbow bridge and her sweet little paw print. The staff were so kind and compassionate! Thank you for making a terrible time in our lives just a little bit easier!
