I'm very thankful for what Heartstrings was able to provide to my family, in offering services when 2 other companies who offer the same services cancelled in the same day. As a last minute outreach, Dr Julie was able to help our family go through a difficult time with compassion and patience. She helped us navigate a very hard moment that came on suddenly and while the outcome is heartbreaking, Dr Julie was able to help us through it. We are very grateful for her time and helping is a desperate time of need when no one else was able to. Ella was my baby and the peace and comfort we were able to give her in the end was all thanks to the Heartstrings team and Dr Julie for making that possible. Thank you for everything. 9/23/25 will be forever remembered.

I would highly recommend Heartstrings, I unfortunately needed their services for my sweet girl Coco. They were patient, professional and kind. I was cloudy minded and a mess when making one of the most difficult decisions in my life. They answered all of my questions with a kind of tenderness that I truly needed. I must say I probably called them 10 times before finally making the appointment. When Dr. Julie came she brought the kind, patient and caring heart that we needed. Everything was on our time. I did not feel rushed and she made us feel comfort in our time of need. She was incredibly sweet and showed compassion to my Coco as well as family members that were there. I feel in my heart that Coco crossed the Rainbow Bridge Peacefully. Thank you to Dr. Julie for getting us through a horrible situation.

My wife and I chose Heartstrings for their in-home euthanasia services for our beloved Golden Retriever, Buddy. A friend recommended their services. We were very impressed with the care, professionalism and comfort that Dr. Huter provided to us throughout this extremely difficult process. This was the first time we had euthanized one of our dogs at home. It will be our intent to continue to utilize this in-home service for our other dogs in the future. This service allowed us to prepare Buddy and ourselves for his crossover. Moreover, we were able to grieve privately in the comfort of our own home rather than a sterile veterinarian's exam room. Upon her arrival, Dr. Huter explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. She even remained with us after the service was performed and provided comfort to us which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend and appreciate this service provided by Heartstrings

Many thanks to Heartstrings and in particular Dr. Julie whose care and compassion toward our sweet girl Whiskey and us exceeded anything I've experienced before during these heart-wrenching times. She spent time with us, talked with us and hugged us, all with so much empathy it felt like a warm blanket. Today we received the most beautiful hand-written sympathy card where she mentioned the circumstances I had told her about how we found Whiskey and also sent good wishes for our other dog, remembering his name. I'll always be grateful I found the right place and that it was the gentle soul of Dr. Julie who came to help us.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the kind & caring staff at Heartstrings. From our initial consult with Shawn, everything took place just as they said it would. Our special thanks to Dr. Erin. She was so gentle & loving with our sweet Milo, and incredibly empathetic with us, allowing us as much time as we needed and giving us special mementos. As difficult as this moment was, to say goodbye to Milo in the comfort of his own home made all the difference for him and our family. The private cremation service they offered was also exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Heartstrings for helping us say a compassionate goodbye to our fur baby.
