The team at faithful companion was amazing. I was inquiring about cremation for Lola (our 13 year Australian Sheppard mix) Marianne was so kind in explaining the process even worked with us in after math loss of my mom. She got my puppy for me and I am almost center that she was handled with dignity and care. I would not recommend any one else for this service. Marianne is an angel. Alvin was so nice when I went to pick Lola up. They included a sweet paw print of my girl. Wishing this team many blessings in the future, they greatly helped me in my time of need- losing two best friends at once has been hard!

I highly, without exception recommend Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services. They picked up my Foxy at the vet; contacted me personally and extended their condolences and arranged for a date to return my baby to me. Just as they promised, they contacted me again 30 minutes before their arrival; and showed such compassion when handing him over to me. My baby was handled with compassion and care and I appreciate every effort of Faithful Companion. They also brought him home in a beautiful dark cherry box, which I did not expect.

We highly recommend Faithful Companion. Jordun just delivered to our home (on Sunday) our Jessie that left us yesterday morning. We also requested the paw prints and the product that they delivered is incredible. The clay paw print actually sits on a small stand. I highly recommend Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Service. My sweet angel, Tia died last October of a very aggressive liver/spleen cancer. Tia was my best friend and constant companion for nearly 19 years. I promised Tia that I would be with her "every step of the way" so I chose a private viewing for her cremation. The staff could not have been more welcoming and compassionate. Their facilities are immaculately clean, not depressing or funereal whatsoever. The lady who did her cremation was so professional, respectful and caring. She walked me through, explaining each step of the process. She made sure I was comfortable throughout. I was with Tia from beginning to end and had total privacy. Her remains were treated with such love, respect and tenderness. The attendant had me look to make sure I was satisfied that all of Tia's cremains were captured. The entire process takes about 2 hours and I took Tia home with me that afternoon. Before we left for the vet's office the day prior, I had told Tia that I would be with her "every step of the way" and would place her urn on my night table "right next to me", where she always wanted to be. We had to make the decision for one of ours at the vet hospital yesterday and they use Faithful Companions. The vet said they would call us and at lunch time today I had a call that Bear was ready to come home. We live outside of the service zone because our vet is 1.5 hours away from us and I offered to meet up and they said no we will bring him to you. They were so kind and the guy who dropped him off was so kind and nice and they offered their condolences. We are very happy with the urn and the paw print and the hair. He is already sitting with his sister that passed the day before we got home in 2016.
