Only really could talk to one person and that was a guy named mike, he was very rude.. you would think that for somebody who has lost a parent or family member they would be more compassionate and understanding when people call them and ask questions, and the bad part is instead of being understanding they want to hang up on you not once but twice..I definitely will not be recommending this company to anybody at all.
I can’t say enough good things about Cremation Services of Atlanta. During one of the hardest times in my life—the loss of my mother—Mike was an absolute blessing. He was kind, compassionate, and incredibly informative every step of the way. They took care of everything with professionalism and respect—from picking up my mom, handling all the necessary arrangements, to transferring her ashes into the urn we had selected. What truly touched me was that they also transferred my dad’s ashes into a matching urn so that they could be together again in a beautiful and dignified way. Mike and the team made a painful time just a little easier with their care and attention. I’m truly grateful.
