Athens Pet Cremation

This holiday season my Percy went to rainbow bridge. I called the day after after Christmas and Tyler called back in minutes after me leaving a message. Katie was so wonderful and supportive during the entire process. She lent an ear when I needed it most. I just picked up my Percy and I cannot say how calming the process was and these folks met every request I had for my baby boy. Thank you to all at Athens Pet Cremation.

During our grieving days after the loss of our beloved Crystal, the staff here made it so much easier. Especially with the Thanksgiving holiday,we were grateful for the care and comfort of knowing our family member (fur child) was being treated with the respect and dignity she deserved. She was returned to us quickly and I have beautiful keepsakes that I will cherish.Thank you.

We lost our beloved Dog, Chelsey of 16.5 years. She had been there through it all and losing a pet who has been there from the start of a family was a significant loss for us. I called not knowing what I was supposed to do and pretty emotional to say the least. Lindsay was so patient and kind and made a appointment for us the same day. My Husband and 14yr old Son came with me to say goodbye to our girl and both ladies were very professional. They gave us all the time we needed before her body was taken away. I couldn't imagine doing what it is they do everyday but they were truly professional, honest and very sympathetic. They asked if I would like to be called when the cremation was over and I told them that I really did not want to not speak to anyone right now and could they just text me and Lindsay made that happen! She sent me proofs of the urn which I changed on her the next day because I had some time to think about it. They coordinated to have the remains transported to a closer location as we live in Madison. And I asked her to send me a picture of the finished urn and she did. Very accommodating to get you through all of it. I felt comfortable and my mind at ease knowing that my girl was in the best possible hands to make her memory remembered. While I wish to never go back, I will return here for my next fur baby's departure. Also, they have a variety of options for all budgets. I highly recommend Athens Pet Cremation.
