My 21 y/o cat's cremation was processed by this company via Oviedo Veterinary's emergency location on Aloma & Chapman. They didn't fully/properly cremate my pet and as a result, her "ashes" filled my entire house with the smell of decomposition. My landlord actually sent a contractor to inspect the walls because we were convinced something had somehow gotten in and passed away, before putting two and two together. The whole ordeal was an additional emotional toll after losing a pet. I don't understand how you mess that up or at the very least, notice the smell yourselves? It's very disappointing.

I had to have my dog put down a few weeks ago and I have been so distressed about it. I finally found out today the name of the company that took her remains, and it was Pet Angels. I couldn't afford a private cremation and I was so distraught about where her body ended up. I called Pet Angels in Orlando today and I was so blessed to have my call answered by a woman named Dawn. She was able to look up my dogs Information right away and tell me when she was picked up, where she was taken and what happened to her after her cremation. It turns out that she was sent to a place called Pet Reefs in the Sarasota FL area where they are made into artificial reefs for coral and fish habitat. That is so beautiful to know now. I cannot begin to express how compassionate and kind Dawn was and how much it has healed my heart to know that that's where my sweet girl is now. Thank you so much Dawn, Pet Angels and Pet Reefs. ❤️🐶❤️

I used Lap of Love to help my dog pass after she was diagnosed with cancer. They are partnered with this company for the cremation service and they did a wonderful job. The location is a little off the beaten path, so pay attention to the suite numbers. The staff was incredibly nice and service was quick. I got my dog’s ashes less than a week after she passed. When I arrived, the office was very comfortable and they had me sign off on the pickup to ensure the right person was getting them. The ashes are put into a satin bag inside of a wooden memorial box, and the box is put into a velvet bag. The ashes are fine and powdery, what I expected to see when I got them. Everything looked to be handled with great care and sympathy. I definitely recommend this place.

Our beautiful little girl Fiona is gone, but she will never be forgotten. Thank you Pet Angel staff for her quick return and the beautiful urn she now rests in. Recovery from her loss has been terribly painful, but we are progressing. As I read the posts speaking of the loss that others feel, especially those who had to euthanize their pets, I so relate to what has been described. I have relived every detail of that day over and over and over in my mind, with so much sadness and regret. Let’s hope time and good memories truly will heal those wounds…

Irreversible mistake!!!! This place never updated my vet hospital with the new brochure and I never recieved a cement paw print of my 17 year old dog, even though it was included in the package. Apparently they changed the packages and never told my vet. So the last 10+ dogs never recieved it, thinking they would. Thats just bad business. The thought of losing my dog was enough. And to add on that I wont ever have his print is devastating. Ill never forgive this place. 💔 I told my vet they need to change companies. Look at the other bad reviews!
