I would highly recommend Natures Pet Loss. The loss of our precious Maggie May was the most heartbreaking event. I was concerned about regular cremation and not getting all of my Maggie back. The aquamation ensures that you are only getting back your pet. We even received Maggie‘s microchip back. I love that Joyce did her paw prints and her nose print on a sweet ceramic heart piece. (I was able to choose the pieces for the surrounding areas on the ceramic piece) I also chose this heart shaped urn with a dog paw with an infinity sign to a heart. I felt like it represented Maggie and I perfectly 💜🐾💜♾️

Very compassionate and caring people! They let me come on a Sunday to take care of my great grandma’s bird who’s been in the family for over 30 years. They communicated with me through the whole process and were very gentle with him ❤️ Wish I could give them more stars, so glad I chose the best place

I don’t even know where to begin with this place they are AMAZING! First off the owner talked to my husband on the phone for at least 30 mins, she was so compassionate and caring throughout the whole process. They offer a natural type of cremation that is so loving for your babies. Dorothy she was who helped us she is also AMAZING. She was loving and caring as if we were her family from the moment we got there! She has sent me pictures and called and left me a message making sure we were ok and taking care of ourselves. I don’t know where else you would get this kind of service as if we were again family. The prices are great for what they offer and they have all kinds of urns to look at and offer one with the cremation. If you ever find yourself needing this service and I pray you don’t but if you do this is where you want to go.

Joyce is an absolutely amazing woman, I called to ask a question about my kittens cremated remains that i received back from another company, and she was so helpful. I got so much information from her that the other company was refusing to give me. She educated me on fire cremation processes when she specializes in water cremation, so her level of knowledge is superb!! I am beyond grateful I was able to speak to her, and also so grateful for how much she cared for not just my lost pet, but my well-being. I would highly recommend Natures pet loss for your loved ones cremations.

My family and I have used Natures Pet Loss now for two of our loved ones. I cannot recommend this place enough. Joyce (the owner) is passionate about her business and providing the best care for your loved one on one of the hardest days of your life. She thoroughly explains the aquamation process and why it far exceeds traditional cremation. She personally met me after hours to collect my Marley and maintained communication throughout the week. She sends you home with some lovely tips to deal with grief that I found very helpful and thoughtful. She even got a laugh out of me in between the tears. Thank you to Joyce and your team.
