The Florida Mortuary was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process, and I am so grateful we found such a caring, empathetic, and kind place during the very difficult time of losing our dad. From the initial phone call, Arin showed immense compassion and patience in a moment when I could hardly get words out. She guided my sister and me through every step, from planning and preparation to the ceremony and beyond with such grace and understanding. We planned a Hindu ceremony with specific customs, and Arin was not only respectful of our traditions but also knowledgeable, as the mortuary offers a Hindu ceremony package. This made the process so much easier for us, and we felt truly supported. Arin also created a beautiful video montage from the photos we submitted, which added such a personal and meaningful touch. Everyone who attended said my dad’s ceremony was beautiful, and I wholeheartedly agree. I don’t know how we would have gotten through this without Arin by our side. We are deeply thankful to her and to the Florida Mortuary team for honoring our dad with such care and compassion.

I was 100% satisfied with the service provided by this crematorium. Because they had handled my mother’s arrangements several years ago, I did not hesitate to select them for my spouse. They answered all questions about a prepaid plan and when my loved one passed, I had no last minute decisions to make at a time I was dealing with my loss. My husband died in July. We had pre planned and chose Florida Mortuary for the much lower expense compared to the funeral home nearest us, as we wanted only cremation and no services at the mortuary. My husband died in the hospital and there was no issue with having his body picked up by Florida Mortuary. Compared to friends who have used other services we received the ashes and death certificates in a remarkably short time. Our contact person was very cordial and understanding. She supplied me with a list of items to take care of and has followed up to see whether I needed more assistance. We chose a simple veneer wooden box but it is lovely and has a silky smooth finish. I couldn’t be happier with the way the company took care of us.
