Quite honestly had the worst experience with this company while dealing with the loss of a loved one. I would give zero stars if I could. We got set up with Jim, who was extremely impersonal and dry. He showed no sympathy or emotion towards what my family and I were going through. Jim was quick to make a transaction, but was uneducated on the jewelry catalog that they advertised for their clients. He knew nothing about pricing or availability of the items displayed in the catalog. He seemed overwhelmed with how many items we were trying to order and showed little interest in our needs. After our initial appointment, he had to message us numerous times with different/conflicting information about the jewelry items we were seeking to buy, and he even discouraged us from buying them!! Everything took over a month to get delivered. Upon picking up the remains of our loved ones, some of the items looked different than advertised. Again, there was a significant lack of communication and education from this staff member. This was supposed to be a gentle and easy process while grieving, yet our experience was the complete opposite. Save your money and go elsewhere.
