Sarah was the model of compassion and professionalism, she guided our family through every step in the process of a difficult multi-state funeral. She was attentive to even the smallest details and did not hesitate to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Good Life Funeral home. From the Rivera Family

On behalf of our family, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Good Life Funeral Home and Cremation for the exceptional care and compassion they provided during the cremation of our beloved mother. Before bringing her into your care, we had an unfortunate experience at another nearby funeral home, where we were met with a lack of empathy, a very sales-driven approach, and extremely overpriced services. It was a distressing situation during an already painful time, and we ultimately had to arrange for Good Life Funeral Home and Cremation to pick up our mother from that facility. From the moment we connected with Good Life, the difference was immediate and profound. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, the staff treated our family with genuine kindness, respect, and understanding. Their professionalism and gentle guidance brought us comfort when we needed it most. A very special thank you goes to Brittany. From the moment we first spoke with her, she made us feel supported, heard, and cared for. Her empathy, patience, and willingness to walk us through every step of the process made an overwhelming experience feel lighter. Brittany's warmth and sincerity touched our entire family, and we will always be grateful for the way she helped us honor our mother with dignity and love. Thank you, Good Life Funeral Home and Cremation, and thank you, Brittany, for being a source of comfort and compassion during such a painful time. Your kindness will never be forgotten. On behalf of the family and our firm, we would like to extend our most sincere thanks to Brittney and your staff. We were not expecting such a quick turnaround on shipping and dc procurement. This was a seamless process. You and your staff have kept up with us. Thank you and we will definitely use your firm in the future as we have several clients that retired in Florida.

Dear Sarah and Carol, I want to thank you very much for all you have done for us. We have never ever been tasked with having to do all the planning for such services. Especially at 27 years old, and especially with it being her mother who had died so suddenly. With no real expectation and a million questions, you two made this process a lot easier. I think it is easy for you two to underestimate the gift you both possess since you do this for a living every day. But I want you to understand how much we appreciate it. Thank you very much, Chris

Dear Brittany, Sarah, and the Good Life Funeral Home Team, On behalf of the entire Starks Family, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism you extended to us during the recent loss of our beloved brother, Chief Eddie L. Starks. Meeting with you on Saturday, May 31 at 12:00 PM brought a sense of calm and reassurance to a deeply painful time. Your thoughtful guidance, gentle demeanor, and attention to our family’s needs helped lighten the burden of making arrangements during such an emotional moment. We felt truly cared for—not just as clients, but as people experiencing real loss. A special thank you to both Brittany and Sarah. Your empathy and professionalism stood out in every interaction, and your presence made a lasting impact on our family. We will not forget the grace with which you supported us. Thank you again for walking with us through this difficult journey. Your service truly lives up to the name Good Life—a reflection of the dignity and honor you provide to those in their final rest. With deep appreciation, The Starks Family
