New to the area and sad that my little dachshund Herbie had died, I was both relieved such a service was available and frightened to let my little friend go to a perfect stranger. Lisa Elliot picked up Herbie from my house and then kept me abreast of the actions that were happening, as they were happening. A few days later his ashes were returned to me in a sweet little box along with his paw print and his blanket which I really appreciated. Thank you Lisa. You perform a really hard job really well.

I can't thank you guys enough. We brought Mr. Beau there late Saturday night and he is already home with us Tuesday! You all are truly amazing to people in desperate need and pain.

Véry compassionate and very understanding staff. Lisa has always been considerate and sympathetic of my loss. I have had four pets cremated by this crematory. The remains were placed in a wooden box along with a paw print, placed in a beautiful embroidered soft blue velvet sachel.

My female Yorkie Diva Monroe I had at 9 months old and she was 14 and a half past away onChristmas morning in my arms she was my little tomboy I love too so much and I just want to say Lisa did an excellent job and I'm touched by how they treated her

From the moment I called, Lisa asked where we were, and had someone to meet us within 45 mins! Was a Sunday, and we were already devestated, so it was nice to hear a caring voice and help. Picking up our loved Hercules, was also overwhelmingly caring handing him back to me. Thank you from the heart, meant alot to us that were/are a mess. God bless you all!
