I am deeply grateful to Gentle Water Cremation in West Palm Beach for the compassion and professionalism they showed during one of the most difficult times of my life. They picked my husband up from hospice and contacted me right away to let me know he was safe with them. Their condolences were sincere and comforting. Before the cremation, Dan called to gently confirm whether I wanted to see my husband one last time, which I truly appreciated—it showed a level of care and respect that meant a great deal to me. He answered all of my questions, guided me on filling out the online forms, and was incredibly communicative throughout all steps. The team at Gentle Water drove across the state to retrieve her, and also allowed my family to have their last moments with her, and then tour the facility to give our family peace of mind. Dean and the team spent extensive time with our family, being patient and compassionate. They did not rush anyone. Dean went above and beyond and drove her urn to my house, 3 hours away. He treated us like we were his own family and I am forever grateful for the team in honoring this wish of my grandmothers for a water cremation. Dean and Dan treated us like family, they were very kind and patient with us throughout the process. We were invited to see the whole facility.
