Florida Funeral Home and Crematory

Under the tough circumstances of losing a family member this experience has been a positive one. Shortly after the passing of my grandmother our family contacted the funeral home and quick arrangements were made for a viewing. The room provided was spacious and priviate and it was a great place to say our final goodbyes. I saw some bad reviews from many years ago but that was not my experience at all closing in on 2025 and I can recommend this place on both pricing and professionalism.

For a sad situation, my experience with Florida Funeral Home and Crematory was positive. I live 8 hours away and was apprehensive about the process going smoothly but overall it was easy to make arrangements online. My loved one was cremated and all the instructions were very clear. The staff made sure I understood there was only one cremation certificate provided and could not replace it if it was lost. I was in a fog so I appreciate they told me several times. They were respectful when I picked up my son‘s ashes. Anytime that I called them I found their staff friendly and helpful. No one ever wants to have to call a funeral home, but I would recommend FFHC. Thank you for your professionalism and responsiveness during my grief. I truly appreciate your kindness.

Thank you for allowing me and family to have the time to grieve our loved one Angela.. with a 6 hour service. And giving the family time to mourn her.. 19 years ago we use the service and was grateful to use it again!! The prayers that’s was giving out to loved ones in memory was so heartfelt.. We received good treatment from Alexis & Ken, especially during times of grief. I had seen reviews regarding the wait time to receive a loved one’s ashes, and I knew it would take a month or more; I think they could follow up on that wait with some communication by email or text. We used the Chapel for 2 hours and everything went very smoothly; Alexis was up to dat with everything at the opening, then at the time ti check on us, and then at the end without any time pressure.
