In one of the saddest time in my life. I hardly couldn’t see to fill out the form from crying. When I called Angel paw's USA Manuel, answered and he was so patient, kind & compassionate to how I was feeling. He guided me to fill out the form & I still had questions he answered me all the time from the pick up of my beautiful baby Teddy Bear a Yorkie of 7lbs died in my arms. Pedro the driver that came to pick up Teddy was so nice & also he was patient & compassionate. Any questions I had Manuel answered until the ashes were delivered. Very grateful that he was there to help thru this tough time in my life
On 7/25/25 we had our cat picked up for cremation. We paid to have her returned to us as she had been on quite a few trips with us and it just wouldn’t feel right leaving her here. It has been almost four weeks since she was picked up. I can’t get a status on her ashes as our ptid doesn’t even work. I have called them at least three times everyday since Friday and no one ever picks up. Angel paws, pet owners trust you to take care of our beloved pets. We trust you to return them in the timely manner that is posted all throughout your website. I have seen all of these horrendous reviews over the last few weeks, and what others have been through with you is terrible. Do better and actually take care of these beloved pets we are trusting you with. Update 11/27/2025 I see that Angel Paws has responded to my initial review. To this date I have yet to receive any email or phone call saying my pets ashes were ready for pick up. We called and emailed you to get information on our pets status multiple times. You never responded. So everything you stated has been a lie. We never went out of town. I have been in the area since you picked up my cat. Posting a screenshot of my email inbox for verification that I never received a ready for pickup email. If you’d like to discuss what is happening please feel free to reach out Angel paws USA. You have my information. Once you reach out I will discuss actions that we have taken.
WARNING: DO NOT USE ANGEL PAWS My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I trusted Angel Paws to handle my beloved dog’s cremation, and they have failed me in every possible way. I paid in full for their services, was told my dog’s remains were ready, and drove to the location—only to be told there was nothing for Angel Paws. Since then, I have called and emailed for THREE DAYS straight without a single response. This is beyond poor customer service—it is heartless, unprofessional, and downright negligent. Losing a pet is devastating enough without having to deal with a company that shows zero compassion and cannot even fulfill the most basic part of their job. I am now seeking legal counsel to take action against this disgraceful business.
Has been a bad experience overall. Had my pet picked up on August 4th, and they said 5-7 days and nothing ever happened. No one called reached out or anything. I would call everyday and no answer. I had to call more than 5 times in a row for someone to actually answer the phone. Today is August 21st and I received my pet finally. More than 2 weeks is unacceptable. It already being a tough time and looking to have peace yet have to deal with calling and trying to figure out when I was getting my pet. They cancelled the delivery from Tuesday to Thursday for a “driver issue” and then on Thursday delay again. And even when they brought him no one even knocked on the door. I see the reviews and everyone says the same all about delays and time. A bad experience. The management at this place has to be horrible, their own staff says so.
It’s been almost 12 hours since I requested for them to pick up my dog, and I still haven’t received any response. They don’t answer the phone, and I couldn’t reach anyone to cancel the service. At this point, I’d rather lose the $150 deposit than continue waiting while my dog lies here. I decided to bury my dog myself. This experience has been heartbreaking and frustrating — please don’t trust these people with your pets.
