The experience with Aaron's Cremation Services was a really good one. Of course it's difficult to be jolly when you're using them in a sad moment, however, they were very patient with me and my family, they answer to all my questions when I called which made me feel ok for when my dad passed. When he did, they were super professional, the service that came to pick up my dad's body was extremely polite and respectful, took the utmost care. Sean gave me a call, gave me his condolences and explained very clearly to me how the process was and what to expect. He give me a timeline for things to happen and I'm happy to say they delivered my dad's ashes faster than promised. When someone passes is hard and emotions run high. They made sure that we understood everything and took care of my dad, our loved one with professionalism and care. Thank you!

Very happy with Arrons. The 24 hr sevice was what I needed. My wife died at 11PM in the hospital, and i had made no arrangements. In less than an hour I was able to schedule everything on the website including shipping the remains. I called them in the early morning and they had already picked her up. Everything went smoothly and easy. I highly recommend their business.

After the passing of my pet, I reached out during the early morning hours and faced some delays in communication, which at the time added to my distress. However, what followed truly changed my perception. Shawn, the owner, personally took the time to understand my pain and was incredibly kind and professional in every interaction. He listened with empathy, acknowledged my concerns, and ensured that everything moving forward was handled with the utmost care and respect. His approach made all the difference during a very emotional time. Thanks to the way my complaints were addressed and the exceptional follow-up service I received, I now feel confident giving this business a 5-star rating. The folks at Aaron's treated me with sympathy and respect. My loved one died 1500 miles away from me. Aaron's took care of everything. They quoted a price to me and that is exactly what I paid no added fees added like most of the other places I called tried to do..
