Just Cremation

I used their website to plan my brother-in-law's cremation while traveling. They were very helpful and called when necessary. His ashes and death certificate copies were delivered to my sister in a timely way. Their pricing was very reasonable. My only complaint is that I have emailed them twice about whether they have contacted Social Security about his death and they have not responded yet. I also asked them to let me know of what I need to do as executor to handle his estate and have not received any help.

Best service, best price, best staff. Friendly, caring, very accessible when calling. They offer a wide range of service, yet they do not pressure you to utilize any of them. I needed the least expensive service and they obliged it and treated me amazingly.

They were prompt, easy to work with, answered all my calls and questions and did a great job with my dad.

Tiffany was super patient, easy to work with, flexible, and even came to me to deliver my uncle's ashes after her work commitment plans had changed. The box that the ashes are in is quite nice. And they put an urgent rush on the procedure to accommodate my return flight. This was my 3rd cremation in 7 years, and by far the least stressful and least expensive one. They are super professional!!

I did not know what to think about an online cremation company at first after my wife passed. But I was deeply impressed and grateful at how simple they made the process. They never faltered on communicating with me as to what the next steps would be and brought a little bit of ease to a very difficult situation. The entire process of cremation was quick and I was able to get my wife back home in less than a week.
