They acted so professional, while acting sympathetic. They answered my questions patiently. Put the place, time and date of my dad's service on their website very quickly. My parents picked this funeral home and what they wanted before their passing away, so it was very easy for me when the time came to meet with them. The 2 gentlemen who came to pick up my dad's body were so kind. I appreciated each person at this establishment. Thank you so much.

This was the first time I had to make final arrangements for a family member and didn't know what to expect. This was for my disabled sister, daughter of a retired Veteran. Gayla Howington and Elizabeth Brandenburg had taken the time to understand my situation and were so helpful. Gayla helped secure approval from the V.A. to have my sister interred at Jacksonville National Cemetery, which was a blessing for our family. Elizabeth was there for me when Gayla was out of the office, helping me along the way. Robert Dean was assigned to conduct the services. Everything went so smoothly and he was incredible. So glad they were there for me in this most difficult time of my life.

Madison and the entire staff made mom's service very pleasant. They took care of all the details so our family and friends could pay our respects in a quiet and solemn setting. All of the extra effort was given to accommodate all those who were present. Thank you and God bless.

Heather and the Hardage-Giddens staff did a phenomenal job putting together an amazing memorial for my Dad. This has been an unbelievably difficult time for our family, but Heather took so much stress off our plate that we had one less thing to worry about. From the moment my sister and I met with Heather, we knew this was the right place to trust with something so very important to us- and they did not disappoint. The memorial was also live-streamed for the entire PBA as well as friends and family who could not physically attend, and everyone was absolutely blown away by how beautiful, and how unique his memorial was. While their service is an unfortunate necessity, when the time comes that you have a need for it I would without a doubt recommend Hardage-Giddens in Mandarin.
