First Coast Cremation

I chose First Coast Cremation in Macclenny, Fl. Well every time I used Google Maps it showed Jacksonville,Fl. It took me a few minutes to finally locate FCC located inside the funeral home on Chipshot drive. But the funeral home had NO numbers on the building much less FCC name on the outside of the building. The folks were SUPER friendly and efficient. Yes I would recommend them for their services. But it would be beneficial if the address was visible with the name of FCC on even a smaller sign that they are there. Thank you

My Dad passed away on October 7,2023 When First Coast Cremation came to the hospital, they were amazing. Very respectful and compassionate towards my Mom and our family. They allowed us to walk with them to the vehicle. They then called my Mom over so she could say one last goodbye to her husband of 50 yrs and prayed with her. My Dads death was very unexpected so their compassion and kindness really meant and means the world to us. RIP Daddy

When my dad passed away here in our home. When the nurse from Vitas called the Team from First Coast was there promptly and respectful to our loss. I will recommend them whole heartedly. Thank you First Coast.

I would give First Coast Cremation a Negative star review if I could. Absolutely the worst experience during a very difficult time. They came unprepared and were ill equipped to remove my loved one. I had to enlist the help of two my neighbors. There was zero communication from them. I ended up calling them after two weeks of hearing nothing and then finding out that, "Oh, yes her remains have been ready for pickup". No compassion what so ever. Just TERRIBLE.
