Compassionate Care Pet Cremation

Edit: Stephen reached out immediately and even delievered a new urn and engraved Joey's name. Phenomenal service. I hope I won't need to come back anytime soon but I know who to come to in the future. Thank you so so much. My beloved childhood 18 year old dog passed away Friday night and Stephen and his son were very kind & compassionate through the process. Stephen went above and beyond delivering my sweet baby to me the next day. And even gave me some of his fur which I had forgot to ask for. So happy to have Joey back home. I am a little bummed Joey's urn has a crack down the middle but maybe I can try to fix it, as I am not sure of the warranty and it was my fault for not looking at it until I was home. They do have a beautiful selection of urns. Thank you so much Compassionate Care!

I can’t thank the family at Compassionate Care enough for how they took care of us and our sweet boy, Shadow. From the moment I made that difficult call, they were ready and waiting for us, and they always picked up the phone right away whenever I had questions. They were so kind and gentle with Shadow—you can tell they really love what they do. The space itself is so calming and homey, and they gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye without rushing us. That meant so much. They also had a really nice selection of urns at different price points, which I appreciated. One thing I’d suggest is just making sure you let them know if you’d like your pet cremated with anything special. We brought Shadow in with his favorite blanket, and they respectfully cremated him with it, which brought us so much comfort. We got Shadow back the very next day, which was such a relief—I was expecting it to take longer. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better care. I’d recommend Compassionate Care to anyone going through the loss of their beloved pet. They really do make such a heartbreaking time just a little bit easier

I cannot thank Steven and family enough. During the most difficult time Steven took my phone calls 2 weeks prior, answered all my questions and was there to pick up my boy as soon on the day he passed over to Rainbow Bridge. During this incredibly difficult time he didn’t make any part of it more difficult, it truly felt personal. As opposed to using the vets cremation services I chose Compassionate Care and I am so glad I did. Steven was there as I left the vet, but I didn’t know it was him. When I picked up my boy, which is such an emotional moment, the place is calming, you immediately walk into heaven for a brief moment even as you are falling apart, with the sights, the scents, the calming music and the calming presence inside Compassionate Care. They even have kitties there. It was so peaceful. I recommend Compassionate Care to anyone who is losing their beloved pet.

Compassionate Care is right! They took care of my sweet kitty Darla and got her back to me fast! Her urn is absolutely gorgeous just like she was! They were empathetic and caring when I dropped her off and when I picked her up! Very affordable cremation option! If ever in need I will definitely come back!

I came last minute after my lil baby hannibal got out & was hit by a car overnight. They were extremely accommodating & i got the paw print as well. The box that’s included for the ashes is beautiful & personally engraved. Considering it was done within a day, the price point was reasonable & i appreciate that. Very accommodating as far as picking up after hours & very personable. Thank you guys ! ❤️
