The Animal Soul

We were introduced to The Animal Soul through Lap of Love, and we are so grateful we were. I’ll admit, we were hesitant about cremation at first, as we had fears and preconceived notions about the process—especially since this was the first pet we had ever had to say goodbye to, and everything happened so suddenly. Jordan, who I believe is the owner, immediately put all of our fears at ease. He took the time to walk us through the entire process with such compassion and patience. One of the most meaningful parts for us was being able to view our baby before the process began. That moment gave us a sense of closure we truly needed. Jordan explained everything step by step, never rushing us, and treated our baby with the utmost respect and care. We were given paw prints, fur, and a beautifully engraved box containing our baby’s ashes—something we will always treasure. While this was an incredibly devastating time for us, the experience itself was as beautiful and peaceful as one could hope for under the circumstances. Jordan made a heartbreaking situation feel supported, respectful, and full of care. An absolute A+ experience. Thank you!

I didn't have the opportunity to deal with The Animal Soul directly as my vet office handled everything for us (which was extremely kind) but we picked up my sweet Charlie boy today and I feel so thankful for them. We had to put him down on Monday 11/10, he was cremated on 11/11 and is now home today 11/13. The paw prints and nose prints are so thoughtful and detailed and I will cherish them forever. The box that my sweet boy was placed in is beautiful and well made. I'm so thankful for this company and how they made the toughest week for me a little bit more beautiful.

If you have a furry best friend and you want the absolute best team to care for, respect, and show love to your baby just as you would after they pass away- please utilize The Animal Soul. Unfortunately my baby boy, Kodiak, passed away last week after a long, VERY LOVED life with our family . Our hospice veterinarian service, Lap of Love, personally hand pick every crematory partner they use based on many factors but ultimately because they only want to use the most respectful, kind, thorough, & careful partners to handle our loved ones. And I can clearly see why they chose The Animal Soul. Jordan was so kind and helpful on the phone with me and Brody personally drove from Delaware to central Pennsylvania this morning to safely hand deliver my baby's ashes to me in my driveway. Not only that but you could see the compassion and empathy in Brody's eyes for our loss and even offered me a hug. I can never repay The Animal Soul with enough thank you's to show how blessed I feel that my baby was in your care- but I pray my review comforts anyone experiencing intense grief so they know The Animal Soul will treat your baby (and your family) with great care, tenderness and respect. A Heartfelt Tribute to Snickers When my sweet baby boy Snickers passed away, my heart felt utterly shattered. He left us on a Saturday morning, and at that moment, I knew I had to make thoughtful plans for my guinea pig. I chose to have him cremated, and this was my first experience with such a tender farewell. As soon as I stepped into the cremation center, I felt enveloped in a warm sense of comfort and peace, knowing my precious pet was in good hands. The staff members were incredibly friendly and kind, treating Snickers with the utmost respect and compassion. Their gentle demeanor helped ease my worries, and I felt a reassuring sense of calm wash over me, even though I was scared about letting him go and leaving him overnight. Once I handed him over, I found solace in knowing he was receiving the best care possible. Losing a pet is undeniably difficult, but the love and support from the staff made that challenging process feel much more manageable and comforting. Touching Snickers' fur brings back so much joy, and I still chuckle at his little feet, just as I did when he was here by my side. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—it’s a haven for honoring our beloved pets. I received a fur clipping, paw prints, and his ashes in a beautiful urn, which serves as a lovely reminder of the bond we shared. They truly recognize pets as cherished members of our families, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

My cat Dew passed away unexpectedly on 12/5/25. Jordan from The Animal Soul answered my phone call on the weekend, was very kind and compassionate over my cat and gave me the information I needed to have my baby cremated. I dropped Dew off at the Blue Pearl who the ladies working on that Sunday were very professional and compassionate along with the young man who took Dew. He gave me all the time I needed before I had to let her go. The Animal Soul is hands down the most generous and compassionate animal cremation service I’ve had to use. Thank you so much, you’re truly an excellent business for such a sad time in my life.
