Losing a fur baby is heartbreaking & solace seems impossible. The decision to use Parsell was, without question, the best decision I could have made to handle my Izzy. Every person I dealt with has been kind, comforting and genuinely concerned for my well being. Service like this is invaluable and so very much appreciated. Thank you Parsell Pet team!

We raised our pet goat Chewey from the time he was still bottle age to his recent passing at age 15+ years. Anyone who has loved a pet knows how painful the loss is and how important kindness is during the throes of sorrow when one is so vulnerable. At a very difficult time, the staff at Parsells could not have been more professional and caring. The young man who picked Chewey up handled everything with respect and dignity. Communication was excellent and we received Cheweys ashes back in less than a week. We truly appreciate the staff at Parsells.

These guys were sufficient on time and gave the best services that I've ever had with an animal they took care of my Tippy as best as I could expect they were prompt and called me the next day with his ashes in an urn I would recommend these people to anybody . These are photos of my baby a couple days before he was put to sleep.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Kobe. I can’t express how grateful I am for Parsell pet and their support. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly kind and understanding. They walked us through every step of the process and answered all our questions with patience. It was clear they truly care about pets and their owners. We picked up Kobe’s ashes the very next day, and included was his paw and nose print.
