I highly recommend using Heavenly Gates in your time of need for your pet. From the start, Amy was on top of answering all of my questions about pick up, pricing, and options. She was understanding and responsive. I had everything scheduled ahead of time so it was less stress in an already difficult time. I also had someone from heavenly gates pick up my dog after at my house, and he was so kind and professional. Amy was very accommodating with me and my schedule to pick up my dog's ashes. I got the beach package and everything was so beautiful and well done. The glass blown paw print memorial with my dog's ashes was absolutely outstanding and beautiful. The necklace, keychain, picture cards, and paw print ornaments are amazing. Everything in the package was so carefully crafted and such a beautiful way to memorialize my baby.

Huge Thank you to heavenly gates! Amy was so professional ,caring and understanding of me and my boggled state of mind after losing our sweet boy. She was knowledgeable and relatable not a forced feeling of just finding what was available but took the time to explain all they offered. We will continue to use them… hopefully not anytime soon. We used the services of Heavenly Gates Pet Cremation when our beagle Sammy passed. He had lost his best friend-a basset named Lukas-a few weeks before and he was devastated. We were so moved by the tribute that Amy and staff had written, including the mention of their loving relationship. I especially appreciated Amy's ability to accept texts from me because I couldn't talk to anyone over the phone yet. I felt she and the company were there for us. The shadow box and the wooden urn are of excellent quality and we were touched when we received them.
