I had two pets (reptiles) cremated here and both times, they were very professional, helpful, and timely. I greatly appreciated their service and love the "paw prints" in addition to the customized boxes. I absolutely plan to use them in the future when the time comes.

I just lost Libby due to the idiots who bred her wrong and we got her from them. She had an awful neurological disease that was destroying her. She was beautiful and a sweet baby but this disease destroyed her. We called I cried I was upset and asked for her to just be cremated and I got her cremations and a foot print and when I saw the foot print I died I just bawled.. My baby is home with me and safe thank you!

After losing my sweet cat Grayson traumatically at a very young age to heart disease, The animal soul was so accommodating and amazing throughout the entire cremation process. Their building is very calming and they have the sweetest dog named dewey who can turn you from crying to laughing within minuets. The staff is extremely friendly and will give you all of the time you need with your furry friend until you’re ready to part ways. They will also allow you to sit with sweet dewey and pet him for comfort (which he loves). I am so appreciative of everything that they did for my sweet fur Angel. They are the most affordable company in the area and I can guarantee you they handle your loved one with the best care. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much to the entire team. Whenever it is time for any of my other sweet babies to cross the rainbow bridge I will be returning.

My 13 1/2 year old furbaby passed away at home in the early morning hours. Contacted Delaware Pet Cremations and from my first contact with them they showed so much compassion. He was was a big boy and I was unable to transport him on my own. They promptly scheduled to pick him up and again showed compassion and handled him with care. They also returned his ashes to me much earlier then expected. Highly recommend them in your time of need.

Rob Mayer and his crew are true professionals. They are compassionate and truly understanding. They meet people at a terrible time in their lives. They succeed in consoling families after losing a fur pal. We have used them twice. Hopefully, we won't need to use their services for many years. But, when the time arrives, we know our dogs will be treated well.
