The staff person who assisted me was kind and caring. She explained each step from the deceased arrival to the burial which I greatly appreciated. She also reached out to me several weeks after the event to check on my well-being. All in all, my experience with Weinstein Mortuary was very positive.
My first experience with Weinstein's was 45 years ago when my great-grandmother passed away. Since then Weinstein's has handled the funeral arrangements for 12 family members including my parents for whom I was directly involved in the planning and execution of the arrangements. I had the pleasure of working with Virginia most recently for my father's funeral last month. She is the most amazing person I have ever worked with. Virginia was to funeral preparation what a wedding planner brings to a wedding ceremony. I am located in Florida and had to handle this all remotely but you would never know it as every time I reached out to Virginia I had an answer within minutes and it was always the same. "I can do that." Within two days we had everything arranged from transporting my dad back to Connecticut from Florida to the Marine Corps Honor Guard and a Rabbi to preside over the funeral. Virginia even personally streamed the service and burial for the family and friends who couldn't attend in person. I highly recommend Weinstein's to anyone who unfortunately needs their services. I can not imagine having had to do everything I just did with Virginia on my own,
They made the funeral arrangements very easy to make. The whole staff were very patient and comforting at a most difficult time. Highly recommend them!
