We LOVE the Veterinary Wellness Center of New Haven. They have been so caring with our pup. They were able to get her in today for a sick visit with no fuss. Marina and Heidi at the desk are friendly, fun and efficient. Bella was our tech for the first time and was wonderful - gentle and reassuring for Dot. Dr. Morgan is amazing - thorough and great at listening and explaining without any hint of condescension. We are grateful for all who work there.
I cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful team at Veterinary Wellness Center From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made both me and my pet feel completely at ease. They took the time to thoroughly explain my pet’s health concerns and treatment options, making sure I understood every step of the process. Dr. Morgan and his assistant Mickey we’re professional, caring, and all around made me feel involved and informed as they walked me through my dogs exam. What stood out most was how much attention was given to my pet’s comfort. The clinic is spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and inviting, which really helps reduce any anxiety my new puppy may have had. I’ve had okay experiences with other vets before, but this team goes above and beyond, providing exceptional care and making sure my pet receives the best possible treatment.
This is our new veterinarian, and one of my dogs has a bad ear infection and a fungal infection, and Dr. Lisa has taken really good care of him. I’m really hoping that we’ve found a caring environment for my pets, because our previous vet clinic didn’t really care, they made us feel unwelcomed. The staff is really nice and welcoming, and Dr. Lisa is great! Looks like we found our forever Veterinarian! Thank you veterinary wellness center of New Haven!🤗☺️
The doctors and staff here at Veterinary wellness are amazing! They treat every single animal as though it were their own personal pet. There is NO one I trust more with my dogs care and would wholeheartedly recommend them to all!
