If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Let me just start off by saying this is by far the worse customer service I've ever received from a funeral home. The director was drunk my with my family's service. Blerting out personal confidential information about other families services that were payed for. Absolutely foul. Being charged for things we never received. Called to set up an appointment to discuss bill was told I'm lying about things on our bill that we were charged for. Stay far away. Absolutely disgusting
Bill (R.I.P) & Mark took great care & compassion during my mom's funeral. They took the time to LISTEN & explained every detail clearly & they made the entire process very memorable and comfortable. Abiding by the "Golden Rule", I highly recommend this firm to those in need.
