My dog Yoda passed very unexpectedly at our home in June of 2023. This was the only place we were able to get into and help us give our boy a proper goodbye on an extremely short notice (on a Sunday afternoon too). We were never rushed at any point during this entire process, from helping us bring him inside, saying our goodbyes, and deciding on his cremation. His ashes and paw print came home a few days later, safe and sound. Thank you so much for giving us the time needed to say our goodbyes, and helping him return home. I can’t thank you all enough for the compassion you gave us during such a difficult time. I may be about two and a half years late for this review, but I think about this day a lot; I knew my boy was in good hands. Thank you for all that you do, not just for my Yoda, but for everyone who has lost their pets and companions.

I suddenly & unexpectedly had to put down my cat of 15 years after a quick decline with suspected cancer. The vet I used chose Beloved Companions as the pet crematory they use. I received a phone call from Peaches within 3 hours of putting my cat to sleep. She confirmed that they had already had her in their care as I was concerned because I didn’t want my beloved cat to sit in a freezer for days. I was very specific with what I had wanted as my cat was polydactyl on all 4 feet and one of her front paws had 7 toes so I had wanted the prints of her front paws. It was explained to me that it would be difficult due to the natural process after death, however, they got me beautiful prints of all 4 of her paws. I received her remains back less than 48 hours of her passing and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care they gave my sweet girl. A huge thank you to the staff for all that they do.

This was the 1st time using in-home euthanasia . Our best Friend Puppy had to be put to sleep. Peaches, Justin and veterinary Dr Melissa were great. Very very hard time. Puppy was relaxed at his home he knew for 17 years. I’m so glad they have this service. Thank you to all in helping our Family through this difficult time. I know Puppy 🐶 is in good hands. Once again thank you to the whole team.

Last year I came with my friend to pick up her pets ashes and she was greeted so kindly and sat down at a desk and went over all the items she was receiving of her pet. I brought my daughter to pick up our dogs ashes today and was greeted at the door with a paper bag, seemed very cold and impersonal so I was taken aback. I noticed scratches all over the top of our urn box so pointed them out. The man that met us at the door offered to replace the box but I really didn’t want to stand outside a door while they moved my pups ashes around, it made me uncomfortable. From start to finish we did not have a good experience I’m sad to say.

I’m still heartbroken, that I my cat Winter passed. Justin made things a little bit easier for me during this difficult process. Justin was kind, caring and compassionate and took his time with me.
