I have been dealing with this business for the last 3 months. I am trying to pre pay for our mom's cremation. I have done everything possible from my end to make this happen. I have a bank check for a thousand dollars sitting on my desk. Shame on them. I got the runaround speaking with the wife. I was simply waiting for them to send me paperwork. I guess they don't need my business. I'm contacting Abby cremation as we speak. Thanks for the horrible customer service.
