This service was so personable and so easy to navigate & Sarah went far beyond anything I ever expected for my little kitty, Bootsie. I was completely shaken by the loss of my the love of my life & she made one of the worst moments of my life feel gentle and easy. The paw prints Sarah made (which I had no idea I would receive) look so good! She was so kind and caring, explaining everything with compassion even though I was crying & absolutely at a loss for words. The level of thoughtfulness brought to such a heartbreaking time is something I will never forget. Thank you, Sarah, from the bottom of my heart. I know this isn’t something anyone wants to have to think about, but I highly recommend this place to anyone faced with such a heartbreaking loss. One of the hardest things I’ve found in life is to lose a beloved, devoted pet. All Pets Crematory really put my family at ease knowing Rocky was being handled by carrying individuals who are generally compassionate.
