Valley Pet After Care Services

I called Valley pet aftercare on December 26th after my cat passed and again on December 27th. I was told by the woman answering the phones that the owner was not in but she would contact him and get back to me on Sunday December 28th. She took my name and number and told me my cat could not be cremated until the earliest Tuesday December 30th. She said I would be receiving a call back Sunday December 28th. I never received any phone call back and its now January 1. Very unprofessional and lacks compassion. How do you not return calls to a grieving pet family. We found a much better place that not only called us back on a weekend but scheduled my cats creamation for us and we were able to bring him first thing Monday morning December 29th.

Very compassionate and helpful during an extremely difficult time. Having just lost our family pet of 18 years, I called Valley Pet Aftercare and spoke with Brianna. She was very comforting, answered any and all questions and concerns that we had, and made arrangements for us to bring our best friend to them. Tim met us there, walked us through exactly what to expect, gave us a chance to say our goodbyes, and made sure we were as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. As difficult as it was, I felt that they genuinely cared about us and for our furry family member. I wouldn’t wish the loss of a pet on anyone but would highly recommend them to anyone that should need their services. Valley Pet After Care Services I highly recommend for the cremation of your beloved pet. I loved being able to be there and ensure I was getting my dog's ashes back. I did not want to risk my dog getting sent out to get cremated with a bunch of dogs and risk not getting MY dog's ashes back. Valley Pet After Care Services were sympathetic, kind & gave me the time I needed to say my second goodbye with my beloved dog and gave me the closure I needed along with a ceramic pawprint and ensured my heart & soul dog was the one coming back home with me.

Called and asked if they could pick up our dog who had just passed away. She was too large for us to take in. They came out within an hour, offered sincere condolences and told us we would have her ashes back as soon as tomorrow. They were amazing and compassionate. Truly in shock at how quickly they came to get our dog, even though they had a tight schedule today. Pricing was very fair and they were not pushy about receiving money.

Valley is the only place I recommend and trust. Your pet isn't just a number there. They are beyond compassionate and sympathetic. You know everyone working their by name and they know you by yours.
