At some point when we lose are fur babies we have to trust that we will actually get their ashes!!!! But after losing 2 pets the same week, I am devastated that they never took paw prints on either of my babies! Making me question the ashes!!!! Should be investigated!!!! I am so mad!!!! Zero points from me ! I hate you!

I would give them one star if I could. I am very disappointed because it took three weeks for my dog to go from the vet, to Paws and Remember, and we still haven't gotten her. She was treated like trash. She died June 29 and was not cremated until July 19. There is absolutely no excuse for this. She was put to sleep at the vet, and this is what happened. We also paid for the paw marks and didn't get them. I am so heartbroken and disappointed. I have the paws from my other dogs, but not her. Not Maggie. There's nothing that can be done to fix this. She is gone. My heart hurts. This is unacceptable. She was also given to us in a plastic bag and a box. Our other dogs were in sealed containers, and had a much better standard of care. I don't know what happened, but I do not recommend. The prolonging of this process has only compounded our pain and anguish.

The packaging we received our cremated cat was very nice- however, there didn’t seem to be any love or care in the “paw print” they provided to us. Im happy our vet gave us an ink stamp because I would be devastated if this was my only remembrance piece. The paw print is still wet, misshapen, and looks like a preschool craft project. Total waste of money in addition to the costly pet medical expenses. Very upset with this service. Edit: The picture proof of the poor quality paw print is taken down everytime I post it. (I’ve posted it atleast 4x) The company is able to take my photo proof down but unable to offer me a refund. Absolute Bottom suckers! 😡

I have brought all of my beloved cat's here and have always received the best care. Even when I lost my cat Ashley during the Covid 19 pandemic I was treated in a respectful manner.

At the time of our grief very accommodating. Made the process of cremating our beloved dog simple. We received her remains back in a simple but lovely box.
