Being a responsible older person I decided I was going to take care of my final Arrangements. So I made an appointment with the Newington location of the Neptune cremation service. I met with Mara who is a very nice pleasant and professional young woman. As we went over the packages I noticed that she kept going back to private viewing options. I told her that at that time I hope that everybody has said their goodbyes. But she went back to that topic a couple more times. When I told her that I would like to run all of this by my wife she said that I didn't have to have her here to sign anything that I could just do it myself. Also she's not always in the office so I need to take care of things while I have her there. Also the prices go up twice a year and the prices may go up before I sign the papers and to add to that if I signed today she would not $250 off each off the plans. Yay saving $500. At this point I thanked Mara for her time I let her know that I thought that that was not appropriate way to do this type of business I wished her a happy day and I walked out. I felt like I was at the used car lot, sign today, special deal, one time only. Disgusting

Fallyn was very easy to talk with. She answered all of my questions and she was able to provide a payment plan that I could afford. She was extremely polite and professional and I’m very happy with the outcome. I will be recommending Neptune Cremation Service to family and friends. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
