Scott DeMarco, the director of this funeral parlor has an amazing gift of getting one through the most impossible and painful time of your life. I won’t go into much detail, but I was unhappy with the service provided to my family for the burial of my grandmother. One of the main things is that no receipt was provided after we asked several times. Another major thing was the director claimed he forgot to charge us for some of the services after we already paid in full. There are more things that happened that we were unhappy with but I won’t get into it.
