Final Gift

Final gift in Manchester is an amazing place with very kind employees. From the call reps, to the front desk straight to the ppl that cremate our beloved departed animals. Nothings too big or too small, with different types of payment options. This place not only takes care of the final steps for our animals but also takes care of us as ppl. Ty for getting our Venus girl back to us faster then expected, your all very appreciated.

We very suddenly had to lay our 8 year old Leopard Gecko to rest. We were referred to them by our vet and were given the same compassion and kindness that any non-exotic pet parent would experience. They gave us so much peace of mind during a very difficult time, which made a world of difference as this was our first time saying good bye to a beloved pet. One of their kind receptionists was even able to assist us in adding foot prints to our order after our initial selections. Although I hope ti never need their services again anytime soon, I know that any future pet is in safe and loving hands here.

Unfortunately we just lost our bird Chewy. It was a horrible thought to have her buried in our back yard. I called Final Gift in Manchester CT. They were so caring, personable, understanding and so much more. They have a beautiful room to mourn and say goodbye. All the memorial pieces are unique and perfect. If you need warmth, kindness, and understanding this is the absolute place to bring your cherished pet. Special Special thanks to Alex, Brianna, Ben, Asia and to Mike who imprinted our babys claws in a piece of clay. Thank you all who make this place as caring as it is. 🙏❤️

I'm not really sure why someone rated these guys low... I have had SEVERE trust issues due to personal experience from 25 years ago at another facility. I have trusted 2 companies since then, Final Gift (formerly Inserv / Riverbend) is the ONLY one I will ever go to. Ryan & his staff at the Manchester location are the best - compassionate and genuine. I have also used one of the Massachusetts offices a few years ago when my grandparents dog passed away. They were also amazing! What I like most is the ability to view the process (watch your loved fur baby go in, come out) eliminating any guesses if you've infact received your pet. Thank you Ryan and staff for all of your help during the most difficult times. We love you guys to the moon and back for all that you do ❤️

We were devastated to find our beloved cat had suddenly passed away overnight. Final Gift was amazing, from calling us back before regular business hours, to allowing us time to grieve in a private funeral-type setting. We should be able to pick up his cremains quickly and they offered paw prints, fur clipping, and an urn. I would recommend Final Gift to one grieving the loss of a pet.
