The experience I had with Cremation Society of New England was nothing short of outstanding. They helped me through a period of time I never thought would exist. They guided me through every step of the process and were so helpful when I had questions. They genuinely care about the families they work with. While picking up the phone to call a place like this is always hard, I am very grateful that I chose them and had them to help guide me.

They approach the whole process with sensitivity and with the utmost care. They were caring and very communicative the whole way through. I highly recommend their service.

During a tough time when our Mother passed away Elizabeth and Andrea from Cremation society of New England were more than helpful and greatly cordial to all of our family during that sad time. They were helpful giving us information on the entire process, etc. just very comforting to know you can count on them. I must also say, when the hearse came to get Mom, the gentleman was very kind and made that process very easy. The presentation of the urn with mom’s ashes was done with great respect and very professional And it was absolutely a beautiful Urn!! I recently and unexpectedly lost a loved one and have felt so lost since. I’d have to say Cremation Society of New England brought a lot of weight off my shoulders. They treated me with understanding, compassion, and respect. It felt relieving to work with such incredible people that wanted to help me through this terrible time. Not only that, but even after the arrangements they were keeping in contact with both me and my mom, making sure we were ok and letting us know if we needed anything that they were there to help us.
