I was trying to prearrange a cremation with a local funeral home for my brother, who was dying of terminal cancer. I reached out for three weeks and they never got back to me. When I mentioned this to his hospice nurse she recommended Abbey. She liked their professional manor and price. He died that evening and I had not made arrangements. I called Abbey and spoke with someone who was most helpful. She told me what to expect and how everything would be handled. When I called back to see what happens next I was kindly greeted and paperwork for me to fill out was emailed. I filled out the form, confident that my brother would be handled with care. I can’t say enough about the kindness and respect Abbey has shown and have recommended them to everyone.

I've been dealing with Abbey cremations for years. They have never let me down during the hardest times of my life. The girls that answer the phone have so much patience and understanding during very hard times of many people that I know. We worked with Tianna and Abbey Cremation Services after my father-in-law passed away. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful, walking us through all the logistics of his cremation during a very difficult and emotional time. It takes a special person to be able to work with families in the immediate aftermath of a loss, and she has all of those qualities. Although I never wish for anyone to need their services, when you do, I highly recommend them.

In my profession, I unfortunately deal with many funeral homes and none compare to the unwavering support that the entire staff showed our family. From the initial phone call to Abbey Cremation, to the day we picked up our loved one’s ashes, the staff has made each step very easy and seamless, while showing true compassion. Although we would pay any price to have our loved one cremated, Abbey Cremation has an unmatched price. There is zero question in my mind that we will be using Abbey Cremation in the future for when we have another unfortunate death of a loved one. In closing, I want to say thank you to all the staff.
