Neptune Society

The Neptune Society made a difficult time much easier. They were there with all of the assistance that I needed to help take care of the death of my father. Once I made contact with Sharon Miller in the Colorado office, she took it from there. She spent time with my mother and myself over the phone to explain the process, and to make sure that we were comfortable with what we needed to do, and the timing of the steps. We were also provided with ample information with respect to what we needed to do to assure that all of the government agencies, banks, etc. were notified complete with phone numbers and internet links to make this work easier. Never did we feel like we needed to follow up with the Neptune Society, they did what they said they would do when they said that they would do it. I highly recommend the Neptune Society!

My parents had made prearranged plans through Neptune Society years before they passed away, which was a comfort to me and my siblings, and made handling their affairs so much less stressful. My husband and I were already pretty sure we would do the same, but after attending the seminar given by Monique Morgan we made our decision to use Neptune Society. From start to finish the process was quicker and easier than we expected. Monique was so approachable and lovely to work with. I feel very relieved to have our plans in place for our future! Upon the the recent passing of her husband of 20 plus years my mom expressed her extreme appreciation for the Neptune Society. She said their services were priceless to her as they helped her with so many things including things she hadn't even thought of during her time of need. Then my mom passed. I contacted Neptune Society as instructed and they proceeded with and helped me with the plans and decisions my mom had already arranged with them as well as things I also had not thought of. Their services truly have been priceless. It has been a year and they continue to offer their supportive compassion and I cannot express how much I appreciate their professionalism and their personal touch as they have gone above and beyond anything I have needed or any questions I have had.

The Neptune Society staff were kind, caring and respectful toward our family. Their expertise and assistance with our loved one's cremation, expenses, and death certificate were extremely helpful during this difficult time. I highly recommend this service, which kept things as simple yet dignified as our family wished.

My experience with the the Neptune society was unbelievably pleasant. It’s always difficult when you lose your life partner, but I am so grateful that we chose to work with them with a prearranged funeral arrangement. One never knows when you’re gonna need their service, but I’m here to tell you that it was an absolute Godsend. Ashley and Elizabeth walked me through every step of the way, with professionalism, compassion, patience, love, and understanding. Thank you for all you did for me and will continue to do for me for the next 12 months!
