I could not have chosen a better place to have my beloved Fifi cremated. Everyone I spoke with was so caring and comforting. The cremated returns in the black box with paw and nose prints, ceramic paw prints, and tuft of fur was so comforting to receive and be able to bring home. The staff at the Family pet loss care were exceptional and really understand what you are going thru as you say goodbye to your beloved family member. I want to particularly thank Diane Kandt for her heart felt help and conversations she shared with my son and I. 💔

These people are literal SAINTS. It takes a special person to carry others through their loss, and everyone at Fairmount has that gift. From the tear filled call at 9am on New Years Day, mere hours after the passing of our girl, I was met with compassion. Karna’s presence on that call was so gentle and calming. Fairmount offered transportation of the remains on a holiday, a truly remarkable service. Jeff, who came to collect River, was respectful and sincere in his condolences. He gave us a private moment to say our final goodbyes before he took her, as long as we needed. From Friday on, every email communication to handle the paperwork and details was thorough and made sure I understood the process. By Friday afternoon, I had an expected pickup date and even knew the name who would be handling River’s care. On Monday morning, as I was workin in the office and anxiously awaiting a call to schedule pickup, I sent an email to inquire when I could expect the so I could be sure to keep an eye on my phone. Despite being out of office, Karna forwarded this email to her colleague Rache, who was able to schedule pickup via email so I didn’t have to worry about taking that call at work. When I arrived to pick up River, Rache’s demeanor made me feel at ease. They showed me all of my keepsakes and truly made me feel like these things were precious. Their kindness and care in securing my keepsake box was a warm bow on an already comforting package. Fairmount has given me the greatest gift on my very darkest days, and the contributions of every single individual I interacted with made me feel a sense of security during a tumultuous time. Thank you for everything.

I highly recommend Fairmount for your pet’s cremation. They provide a beautiful memorial box for my soul dog Bubba Gump that includes clipping of his hair and his paw and nose prints. Their prices are unbeatable, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your fur baby is being well cared for is truly priceless. Thank you to Diane & staff for your outstanding service 💓
