After losing our pet after 18 years, these guys made at least the last of his journey as easy as they could. They cremated him quickly, and treated us wonderfully. We received great service, respect, and they were very sympathetic and treated our boy Marley with respect I have no doubt. Thank you for making one of the worst possible days, a little more bearable. We feel they went above and beyond and appreciate it more than words could express.
It was a little hard to contact them at first, but my overall experience definitely made up for it! Everett and his team are wonderful to work with! They took great care of my sweet baby through the whole cremation process and they went above and beyond my expectations. I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the gentleman that I picked up from (he said this is his first week) but he was so nice, he explained everything to me, and he was sure to ask if I had any questions before I left! I'm glad to have my sweet kitty home and I would recommend this business to anybody who is in need of cremation services for their beloved fur babies. (Don't mind my other fur baby, Dasher, in the photo - he has been sniffing all over Stormy since she got home)
This place went above and beyond they were waiting out front call me by name and my cat and kitten by name also told me I would receive a text in 2 days and I did. Everything is done by appointment only I think that way it's one on one no confusion. In today's world not many businesses give a crap. The employees at Denver pet cemetery actually do and do their job well I would recommend them very impressed Thanks guys
One of the stray cats we look after became ill recently and although we were able to get her to a vet and administer antibiotics and steroids, she passed away just a few weeks after we first noticed she was sick. I’ve never lost a cat in this way and I wasn’t sure what to do for after life care. I searched online and found Denver Pet Cemetery and Crematory. I was relieved to see care options that I could afford, especially after having spent most of my financial resources on her vet care. I called and then texted. I received a response within one minute and I was given an appointment the same evening. When I arrived I was greeted and the woman kindly explained my options. I opted for a communal cremation and a clay paw print to memorialize her in our home forever. The woman who helped us was compassionate, caring and made us feel so comfortable and reassured that we were making the right decision. Newbie was more than just a stray cat, she held a special place in our hearts for many years. We are very thankful to Denver Pet Cemetery for helping us through this tough time and for giving Newbie the dignity she deserves.
I chose this crematory because of the great reviews and the very kind man who answered the phone. Unfortunately, I waited an hour and a half to pick up my cats ashes. The lady who pulled up after I had already waited an hour was the same lady who checked me out originally and took payment. She was kind when she took payment and took my cats body. When she pulled up after me waiting she said “can I help you?” I was very kind despite being overly frustrated and said “Everett stated I could pick up at 1630. It’s 1730 and I’ve been waiting an hour.” Her response was “oh why would he say that? Weren’t you here earlier?” I literally put my cat down early this morning so I’ve already had a horrific day. She comes back out and says “my oven never turned on so the paw print isn’t complete” So here I am waiting until 1800 when it’s literally supper time and I have my son with me just to get my cats ashes. This has been a very terrible experience for me and I will not use this crematory again. I just paid them $195 dollars and this is how I’m treated? Inexcusable. There’s no way I was treated so terribly after having the worst morning of my life.
