Tri-Lakes Funeral & Cremation

Justin was awesome when my mother passed away. He took care of all of the funeral arrangements for both of my parents to be buried side by side at Fort Logan cemetery. He also picked out my mother’s urn, which was her favorite color, red. He was very excited for me to see it and that meant a lot to me. He put in all the work, and I feel like he went above and beyond so I had nothing to worry about. The funeral was beautiful, and I would recommend Justin to help you, as he helped me.

It's never an enjoyable experience to need such a service, but at some point many of us do. My mom was on hospice and they gave me a list of funeral/cremation services covering Colorado Springs and Monument (we live in Monument). When the time arrived to need his service (around 7:30pm on a Monday), he arrived very quickly. He was compassionate, thoughtful and thorough. He did not ask for payment right then and there. I took a check to his office in next day or two later. We already had the urns (he had suggested on the phone to buy them on Amazon (cheaper) or he could sell more expensive ones). I gave him the urns when he transported my mom and instructions that I needed two small baggies with her cremains for jewelry my daughter and I would have made. He delivered the filled urn, two baggies and her correct number of death certificates within 2 weeks (or less). I was very grateful for his assistance and compassion during a difficult time.

Justin helped my family a little over 2 years ago to get both of our parents’ ashes placed in the same container and interred the way they wanted to be. He is a very compassionate man and very easy to work with. I would recommend his business if you have need of such services.

In the toughest of life circumstances Justin was an absolute gift. He is kind, attentive, responsive- everything you want in someone helping you through. My Dad purchased the policy with Tri-Lakes so Justin had never met us, yet he went above and beyond for our family. He personally handled every step efficiently and with a massive generosity of his time. I highly recommend his services.
