You each treated my family and loved one with respect, dignity, kindness and extreme care in this difficult time. It was as if meeting family, the support your staff gave us will never be forgotten. My Grandma is resting well and Springs Funeral Services played such a paramount role to ensure that would be the case.

Preparing for the eventual death of my husband was so overwhelming…..so many details to consider. The Springs Funeral Home handled his final arrangements with the care and the knowledge we needed to comply with his wishes. Our parents chose Springs Funeral Services many years ago to purchase their prearranged funeral plans. My siblings and I are so thankful that they did. We have now had to plan funeral arrangements for both of our parents, which of course is a very stressful and emotional time. Thanks to the prearranged plans and the kind, patient, thoughtful care of the entire SFS staff, the process was made so much easier for us. They listened to all of our concerns, answered every question knowleagably and with great patience, and accommodated every request we had. They were so sweet to us and our guests at both funerals and at the graveside services, that they felt like family by the time everything was done. My siblings and I can highly recommend them for their professional and compassionate services.

Alex was absolutely amazing during this process. She is so genuine and caring. She helped us with literally everything including stuff she didn’t need to. Thank you Alex for helping my family and I get through losing our father.
