Peaceful Journeys Pet Cremation

Jamee is amazing and helped us so much though this process. Our dog, Xena passed away unexpectedly while we were on vacation in Ridgway. Even though there was a crematory in Montrose, it just didn't feel right and I kept going back to Peaceful Journeys. We made the 2 hour drive in the snow to make sure our beloved dog was treated with the respect she deserved. Jamee met us that evening and put us at ease and we knew Xena would be taken care of. She even texted us to make sure we made it back to Ridgway safely due to the snow storm. We were able to pick her up a few days later on our way back home to Texas. We really can't thank you enough for everything you did.

These folks are amazing! They take such good care to honor your pet and make the final goodbye one that feels as good as one can. The owner is responsive, empathetic, and compassionate. Peaceful Journeys made a painful and very difficult decision and process so much easier and I can rest assured our pet crossed the rainbow bridge in the best way possible.

We sadly lost two dogs with-in about four weeks, one unexpected, the other we knew it was coming. Peaceful Journeys made a really difficult time much more bearable. Their compassion, empathy and professionalism were over the top. Louie got sick, and passed suddenly - Jamee met us at 7:30 pm on a cold Monday night, and gave us all the time we needed with him. Charmin' Carmin had been declining for quite a while, but took a turn for the worse on New Years Eve. With-out any hesitation, Jamee agreed to meet us about 5:30 pm New Years Eve, and provided the same great care and service we had experienced with Louie. Both times we felt welcomed with open arms - just amazingly positive experiences at such sad times. We highly recommend Peaceful Journeys, and are forever grateful for how Jamee treated us.

The staff are amazing and wonderful. They are so kind and compassionate; we would have been truly lost without them.
